Cancellation Policy
Once an order is successfully placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed for any reason. Customers are advised to review all details carefully before completing their purchase.
If, in rare cases, any product from your order is unavailable or cannot be fulfilled, we may offer:
- A substitute product of similar value, or
- An alternative of higher value, provided the customer pays the difference.
Refund Policy
We follow a strict no-refund policy on all products sold.
Refunds will only be processed if we are unable to fulfill or complete your order from our end.
Return Policy
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once the product has been delivered to the customer, except under specific circumstances.
Returns or exchanges will only be considered if:
- The product was damaged before reaching the customer
We take full responsibility for any damage that occurs during transit.

Exchange Eligibility
- Exchanges are only permitted for defective products or if an incorrect item is delivered. Size exchanges are not available.
- Slight color variations due to photography or display differences are not considered defects.
Exchange Policy
- If you receive a defective or wrong item, you can request an exchange within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp 8707785349
- A video of the parcel being opened is required for any claim; without this, we cannot process the exchange.
- Customers are responsible for returning the product; we currently do not facilitate free product returns.
- The item must be returned in its original condition, including tags, packaging, and without signs of use.
- Exchanges will be processed once the returned item passes our warehouse quality check.
Important Notes
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Exchanges are only for defective or incorrect items.
- If the returned item fails our quality inspection, no refund or exchange will be issued.
- Refunds are not provided under any circumstances; exchanges will be for the same product or an item of equivalent value.
