EXCHANGE AND REFUND

Exchanges are strictly available only for defective or incorrect items. Exchanges can not happen for disliking the product after recieving. Kindly go through all the images and detailed description mentioned about the product.
* It is mandatory to record a clear and continuous unboxing video while opening your parcel to claim any damaged or defective articles or any missing items.
⚠️ Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.
The video must start from the sealed package as recieved. Record the complete unboxing process clearly. Check for the correct size and defects in the video itself .
Please note that slight color variations may occur due to camera effects and are not considered defects.
* If the product is defective or incorrect, you may request an exchange or refund within 48 hours of receiving the item on Whatsapp no. 8707785349 or email us at nitaarafashionessence@gmail.com

Please note that we currently cannot facilitate product returns; customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags intact, and must not show signs of use.
• Once the returned item passes our Quality Check at the warehouse, the exchange will be processed.

Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of refunds.
For all returns, you are responsible for shipping the product to us. We will cover shipping for the new product. However, in case of returns due to a defective product, we will add an additional INR.100 to the selected mode of refund as compensation for your shipping cost.
